Cancel your contract

Use this form to terminate a paid Ariolos contract (§ 312k BGB). No login required — we identify your contract by your account email address. You will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt by email.

Notes

This page implements the statutory cancellation button (§ 312k BGB) for paid contracts (subscriptions and boosts). You can equally cancel by an unambiguous statement in text form, e.g. an email to ariolos.support@icloud.com. When the cancellation takes effect follows the contract's terms (see the Terms, Section 13); we confirm receipt of your declaration immediately by email, including its content and the date and time it reached us.

The free tier has no term and no charge — nothing needs cancelling; you can delete your account at any time in the app under Account. Within 14 days of concluding a paid contract you may also have a right of withdrawal — see Withdrawal. Paid plans are not yet purchasable; this page is live ahead of their launch.

Diese Seite setzt den gesetzlichen Kündigungsbutton (§ 312k BGB) für kostenpflichtige Verträge um (Abos und Boosts). Du kannst genauso per eindeutiger Erklärung in Textform kündigen, z. B. per E-Mail an ariolos.support@icloud.com. Wann die Kündigung wirkt, richtet sich nach dem Vertrag (siehe Nutzungsbedingungen, Ziffer 13); den Eingang deiner Erklärung bestätigen wir sofort per E-Mail — mit Inhalt sowie Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugangs.

Der Free-Tarif hat keine Laufzeit und kostet nichts — da gibt es nichts zu kündigen; dein Konto kannst du jederzeit in der App unter „Konto" löschen. Innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Abschluss eines kostenpflichtigen Vertrags steht dir außerdem ggf. ein Widerrufsrecht zu — siehe Widerruf. Bezahl-Tarife sind noch nicht buchbar; diese Seite ist bereits vor deren Start aktiv.
